Refund & Cancellation Policy
At SENA Wellness, each offering is designed with intention, preparation, and dedicated practitioner time. To maintain alignment, all services and bookings follow the policies below.
1) Kitchen Transformations & Detox Packages
• Full payment is required 3 weeks in advance to secure your dates.
• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior (2 weeks) will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable.
• Date changes may be requested and will be accommodated where possible, depending on availability.
• Once dates are confirmed and secured, they are considered reserved exclusively for you.
2) CyberScan Sessions
• All CyberScan sessions are non-refundable once payment is made, as your session time is blocked and held for you.
• You may reschedule your session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
• No-show or same-day cancellations are charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.
• If postponing, we will assist you in choosing the next available date.
3) SENA Pantry — Food Items, Juices, Snacks, & Prepared Goods
• Due to the nature of fresh and consumable products, all SENA Pantry purchases are final and non-refundable.
• If an item is delivered damaged or incorrect, we will replace it promptly at no additional cost.
4) SENA Retreats
• Retreat bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your place (amount varies by retreat).
• The remaining balance is due by the stated due date.
• All retreat deposits and final payments are non-refundable, as accommodations, chefs, materials, and practitioners are secured in advance.
• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another guest, subject to SENA approval.
